Our training programs cover a full array of topics, from the basics of customer interaction to the most advanced hearing-aid fitting techniques

We are 100% dedicated to equipping you for a long, successful and satisfying career with Miracle-Ear.
If you are chosen for this position, your career will begin with two weeks (Mon-Fri) of basic training in our Springdale, OH corporate headquarters followed by a ten-week apprenticeship in one of your local Miracle-Ear centers. At the end of the apprenticeship you will be fully prepared to sit for the state licensing exam. Once you have completed your training, you will be assigned to a full-time Miracle-Ear center.
Our Miracle-Ear® consultant certification program is:
- Recognized by industry organizations as a high-quality program.
- Above and beyond most state licensing requirements.
- Updated annually, meaning consultants are required to re-certify each year.
In addition to certification, our consultants attend ongoing training on new products throughout their career.
